This is a bulletproof you would like to try if you’re getting bored of bulletproof coffee or if you’re looking for a non coffee version of bulletproof drink… fat burning bulletproof green tea matcha latte. If you have been following for a while you know something that is a daily staple for me in bulletproof coffee.
:: Ingredients ::
1 teaspoon matcha
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup coconut (or Almond Milk)
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil (or MCT)
1 tablespoon butter (Grass-fed, or Ghee, omit if vegan)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
sweetener (Choice, I used 1 tsp. honey) – Aroi Stevia
You may take it in the morning to help bump up your energy levels and stave off any cravings for sweets during the day. It is made with healthy fats of Matcha powder and coconut oil. Just remember not to overdo this one and keep your consumption to 1 teaspoon of Matcha. Alternatively, you could use Natural Green Tea to Spice up the Day.
Today we are mixing the matcha powder with your favorite butter (that I’m telling you that can be substituted with ghee too) to create a Matcha Bulletproof.
